I've gone through several of these balance bikes over time and this one is head and shoulders above the others. It was easy to assemble. It took me about 5 minutes at most. I loved that the handlebar and seat height were both adjustable. Our toddler has outgrown his first balance bike and is just a little too short for the two wheel version. This bike will fit a much wider range of toddler heights than the others we have used. It comes with a tool to tighten the one screw and one nut that need tightening. I didn't think the tool was very good so I used a regular screwdriver and a socket wrench to complete the assembly. But still a great toy for active toddlers.
