Bought this for our physical therapy clinic. The velcro broke right away and the seems started to break less then 1 month after buy it. The 30$ balance beam I bought from another place was way better quality.

My Physical Therapist included flexible balance beams in my PT to recover from back surgery. As my stability and balance improved, I became aware of just how much a weak core had contributed to my back and knee issues. The flexibility in my feet has improved along with relief from pain & cramping. Highly recommended.

Overall, it is a good product. My only dislike is the velcro in the middle. It is incredibly stiff to step on. I did adjust so it avoid it. I think if they had heavy duty fabric on the base connecting the two sections, it would keep them together and still allow it to fold in half.Very helpful with recovering from an ankle break with surgery.

I first used this at my physical therapists to improve my balance after fracturing my ankle. It is now a part of my daily routine. This is an excellent tool for improving balance and I love it. I am a senior and recommend this for everyone. Use one for yourself and give the second one to your grandparents. Trust me.
