The pieces come in a nice cloth bag for storage. The box says easy to assemble but there are no printed instructions. My wife is good at putting stuff together so she took the challenge and looked at the tiny picture on Amazon and then began assembling. We figured it out in ten minutes but it is a potential cat toy in our house so back in the bag it goes. The pieces do fit well together. Instructions and a good picture would help. I think it will work just fine to dry pasta for us. That's next - we wanted to make sure the rack goes together easily and it does.

This was very easy to set up and install and even easier to use. I loved this stand to make pasta, it was convenient and sturdy so I didn't have to worry about the noodles slipping around.

I am on a bread and pasta making kick and this has been a great addition to that. We don't have a lot of storage space in our kitchen so I love that I can store this away in pieces. It assembles and cleans up easily.

This pasta rack is perfect for drying any kind of fresh noodle. It’s a little wobbly but held up well to a 1/2 lb of fettuccine. It’s lightweight and comes with a cloth bag to store it (disassembled) when not in use. The only issue is that the assembly instructions are vague, and don’t have any diagrams or visuals to guide you.

As others have pointed out, this rack is not "collapsible" as advertised. It requires the user to assemble and disassemble with each use. Some of the bamboo pegs fit easily, some do not. I have a hammer with a polycarbonate head that I use for this purpose. It takes about 5 mins. to assemble after you've done it the first time to figure out how to do it. The instructions for assembly are in the bag that holds all the pieces.The rack is fairly large, but having said that, it does take up much less space than laying long noodles out on a dish towel on the tabletop. So, it does work. If you have the space and something to cover it, I'd suggest leaving it assembled. Not sure how many times you can pound those rods into the holes with a hammer before something breaks.

I was excited to get a bamboo pasta dryer, but I don't know if this is where it's at. I was not excited to open the box and see that I had to assemble the rack. Fine. I liked Tinker Toys as a kid. But what I wasn't anticipating was having to essentially disassembling it every time I am done using it. I do not want to have to build/take apart this dryer each time I need to use it. I also noticed that some of the drill holes were too small for the holes. I was able to put it together, and it held the pasta ok, but it's too much of a hassle to use.

I hate to give this pasta drying rack a bad review since it is very nicely made, but unless you’re handy with woodworking tools and are looking to embark on a project other than making pasta, then this pasta drying rack is not for you. Unfortunately, the holes that hold the dowels that hold the rack together, are the same size 3/8” and thus the dowels do not fit in the holes unless they are drilled a teeny bit larger, which takes having a drill bit slightly larger than 3/8”, which is an oddball size that most people most likely don’t have lying around. I’ll probably make an attempt to make it work with the tools I have, but it will be challenging. Additionally, I did contact the seller and got no response, so I’d recommend trying a different product.
