Your cart is empty.Siemens offers a wide range of plug-in relays to meet your industrial needs. Basic style relays are the most economical and are equipped with a mechanical flag indicator only . Premium style relays are full featured with LED and mechanical flag indication, push to test button and typically a latching hold down door which provides a method of activating the contacts without applying power to the coil. This feature is very handy during comissioning and troubleshooting. Premium Bifurcated style relays are ideal for low minimum holding current requirements on the contacts. Typical minimum holding current for bifurcated contacts is 3mA instead of 100mA.

I bought these to reduce the amount of current flow through some equipment control panels. I am doing this as the control panels seem to be failing sooner than they should be so I am modifying these to be more like older models of the equipment that controlled heating elements via external relays rather than through relays internal to the control panel. These work well for my requirements of a 120VAC coil with 30A rated for the NO contacts. If I recall the NC contacts are rated at a lower current of either 3A or 5A.

Its compact and easy to mount. I used it in my Truck camper so I can't have Shore Power and Inverter Power connected at the same time. When the True Sine Inverter is turned ON it powers the 120vac coil of the Relay to disconnect the Shore Power to the Camper, then when the Inverter is switch OFF the Relay allows Shore Power to be connected to the Electrical System.So I'm using it as a Transfer Switch.

Nice enclosed relay. Used for potentially wet location as a latched circuit for float switches on a waste water tank pump out. Works fine.
