Best Carbon Fiber Material
Carbon Fiber fabric is pre-pregnanted (hence the name pre-preg) with epoxy resin and stored in a walk-in freezer. Pre-preg carbon fiber gives best fabric-to-resin ratio, and eliminates the resin-inducing step. We use Toray(r) carbon fiber on all our bodyworks. The roll of carbon fiber fabric is fed into our CNC router and cut into desired shape.
Exclusive Press Mold Process
Bestem Carbon Fiber has developed press mold process to produce the most smooth finishing carbon fiber parts that were not achievable with vacuum bagging. The high pressure and high temperature curing process is more efficient with press mold resulting lower parts cost and better part's integrity.
Precision Scanning and Fitting
At Bestem, we scan our OEM parts while it's installed on the bike to eliminate parts warpage and to ensure a proper fit. We test fit our parts on demo motorcycles and provide mounting hardware when required. We strive to provide our customers the easiest installation process possible with detailed pictures and solid customer support.
