The lock refused to open after one night of 30-degree weather and flurries. Had to force it open and now it just doesn't work. Save your money if you live anywhere it gets slightly cold.

Update: I do not recommend this lock. After about a year of use, the locking pin stopped working, and, now I can literally pull the lock apart with my bare hands.—-Strong chain and lock that instills confidence. This is a strong chain, so, it is on the heavier side, and, if you are riding with it on a bicycle, it is going to rattle. I put zip-ties around mine in several places to minimize the rattle. The length is sufficient for most bicycle locking scenarios.

Quick and clean delivery, the item does what it's supposed to. I lock my motorcycle with it, which is always outdoor and so far no issues with the lock.
