Found it right on time before flying with United. Since some of their planes are old, this transmitter came in very handy to watch movies onboard using personal iPods and not garbage-grade earplugs that they sell during the flight.Works as expected and two pairs of iPod can be connector to a single transmitter

I got this to connect with my Xbox and it works wonderfully. The adapter is small enough to not hamper with gameplay and sound quality is also pretty good. There is a slight delay between audio when compared to the audio coming through speakers, but it's nothing too major. Overall a good and cheap solution for what I wanted to do.

Main reason for my purchase was to use my wireless earbuds on a plane. I have larger over the ear headphones, but especially for shorter flights don’t like to take them. Further, is it constantly a pain to have the cable dangling around. This transmitter works great with my JBL headphones. I have the transmitter in TX mode and I am always skeptical on how the pairing works. It somehow just did it automatically within a few seconds. Quality is good - tested it with music on Spotify. Definitely traveling with me on my next flight.

Do not buy this. On the first day, it’s broken and working not properly with a whizzing sound. Refund right away.

This was so easy to use and set up, it connected to my phone right away. I’m using it with an older Onkyo receiver that doesn’t have built in Bluetooth. There’s no lag and so far, no connection drops. There’s only thing I don’t like about the unit is you can’t manually shut it off. At least nothing in the manual teaches you how. It waits a certain amount of time (10 mins I think) of inactivity before it shuts off. You should be able to shut it off when you’re done using it. Other than that, it’s a pretty solid unit at a very reasonable price.
