No setup instructions, no Manual, nothing. I cannot get it to do anything. Not even radio

I’ve been a Bose enthusiast for years. When my multi-disc changer quit working after 20 years (I know) I was excited thinking I could replace it. Instead the refurbished unit had broken plastic slot pieces, and when I inserted CDs they didn’t move into the play area. Sadly a total fail.

This item is not available in many places. The 3rd party vendor who sold me mine went out of his way to get me what I needed. He knew his changers inside & out. He was so nice to work with. The changer has been perfect. I could not be happier.
