This Celtic design shortbread pan is great! I have baked with it several times and tried 3 of the recipes provided. I like the design that imprints on the shortbread. It was perfect to take to a ladies bunco gathering for St Patrick’s Day.

I have gotten into making shortbread bars lately and I thought I would try a mold. I had a couple of failures where the bottom (that becomes the top) would stick to the mold. It's surely because I underbaked it. The ceramic itself is a big heat sink so I found it really difficult to get the softer shortbread I like. I had to bake it longer to get a beautifully released shortbread that didn't stick. I'm not sure I'll be using it again. I can control the soft or crunchy texture better using an adjustable cake mold on top of a cookie sheet.

Purchased this to make shortbread for friends next year at Christmas. Tried it and the shortbread turned out good, with a pretty pattern to boot.

The design is beautiful! I had my own recipe but decided to use their basic one. So good and crispy! Will have to try the others included with the pan. Measure to be liberal with the oil when prepping the pan. So easy to use and clean. Great purchase.

Well made. Easy to use. Shortbread dough came out easily. I'm sure I'll be using it for many years. Love the Celtic knot design. Hope to find the thistle design too.

I used a recipe from the book that came with the pan and it worked so well I am making it again today, the very next day. This is the best shortbread ever and the design (Celtic) is so beautiful. No problems whatsoever.

Bought this one for my daughter who loves all things Celtic. I have been making shortbread in my own Brown Bag shortbread pan for years. The recipes provided are so delicious and this pan produces a perfect shortbread every single time with the bonus of a beautiful imprinted design. Love, love these pans. Worth the price.
