Bit of a hassle to put together with difficult to snap together pieces but seems sturdy and tall enough that my littles arent climbing out

We love this play pen! It’s perfect for our now 14 month old daughter. My 4 year old daughter loves to play in it too! It could easily fit 4+ children. The height and mesh sides make it feel super safe! We have a foam mat in the bottom for more cushion.We noticed a small tear in the mesh a few months in that eventually ripped down an entire side. The company was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and responded to my email immediately. They replaced our play pen for FREE and were wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough great things about this product and their customer service.

It was a pain in the @$$ to put together. There's like 0 wiggle room to get these connecting pieces in place. It took almost 2 full hours. I then got to the last corner, before had even put tension on to get the bars in place, I see that the material along the bottom was already slit (not a small slit, like 8 inches at least) and the side corner was already torn. Like I said, I had not gotten to the part of having to put any tension in this corner yet, so it had to have already been ripped. I would return for a refund if it hadn't been so hard to get the rest of it together. I don't even think I could get it apart to return it. When it needs to be broken down, probably just going to need to be completely demolished. Highly dissatisfied!
