The neck strap works well and does the job, but the material feels a bit like rope, which bothers me personally. It also comes with safety connectors, though I didn’t use them. Overall, it’s a decent strap.

OK - the stitching is good, the cord is nice and has a little stretch. The ends, though, feel kind-of cheap: The fake leather is just... OK, but probably won't last. The whole thing is also well-designed for cameras with button-and-ring attachments, but for mine with slots.... it works, but doesn't feel great. For security, I can't bring myself to trust the quick-release buckles.Finally... I wish it were just a little longer. I like to carry my camera backwards, when I have a long lens, so the lens points down along my leg. This is about 6" too short to be *comfortable* to use when slung that way. It's perfect if you've got a small lens and don't mind it pointing outwards.

To me, there's something about film cameras that scream STRAP!! And when I saw this pop-up on the Amazon Vine I hopped right on!The item arrived in a plastic zip lock sleeve and included with the strap were 2 quick release clips. While I am not a fan of light weight clips like these, I decided to give them a try.Installing was very simple - If you can put a key on a split ring you have all of the skills required to do this operation.. easy. The strap itself is well made and sturdy with the slightest amount of give which is important and makes this more comfortable. Film cameras tend to be heavier than similarly sized digital cameras and should you drop the camera or let it go, there's a bit of 'spring' or 'give' that's easier on the neck. The ends are enclosed in a leather ferrule and sewn around the perimeter as well as right up the center of the strap giving additional holding force. There are small leather tabs which extend past the split ring to provide some scratch protection at the camera to split ring interface (see alternate method of attachment below). Me thinks this is a nice idea but functionally it probably doesn't work too well when you're using the clips as there's too much movement.. No deduction of points, though. The alternate method of attachment (which is probably the primary method - read on..) is to go direct to the camera body. In this manner - on my F-1, I would remove the factory installed triangular ring and then insert the post through the leather flap and clip the body directly to the strap ring for a direct attachment. This is always my preferred method of attachment but - admittedly - I'm lazy and I will end up moving this to different bodies as needed and the way I have it now is exponentially faster than the permanent method.I have included 3 photos with my review:1. Overhead of the strap on my Canon F-12. Same view as #1 with the strap in a different position3. Close-up of the strap end, quick connect, and the attachment to my F-1 body

I got this to add to our X-T5 as an additional option alongside the wrist-strap option. This attaches to the same triangular metal points giving a secure connection that you don’t have to worry about. They’re made from a nice material and the colour goes well with the black and matte silver of any given camera. They add to the overall aesthetic along with being functional in letting you carry a camera hands free. All around, an excellent and essential addition to your collection of camera accessories.

I’ve been using this camera strap on my Sony a6300 and A7R2 cameras and it has worked out well. The strap seems well made with good quality materials. I would add that the pleather end strap and metal O’rings could be better as they seem to be made of low quality materials and I fear they would fail. The small black buckles are okay but thicker better materials would be on par with competition models.

Exactly what I wanted, good quality and sturdy. It is bigger and heavier than in an ideal work, but would make an excellent gift

This neck strap is exactly as described by the seller and it's quite nice. The rope is aesthetically pleasing and adds personality to my camera's look. It's also nicely constructed and feels pretty sturdy. It's comfortable to wear due to the style of rope and it's easy to attach to my camera. I consider this one a winner!

The strap is good, but not great. The nylon chord is soft against the skin and has a bit of stretch to it which makes it more comfortable to use.The issue is the fake leather ends and the clips. These I do not trust with my expensive camera gear. The quick release plastic adapters are not sturdy enough to hold heavier cameras especially and larger DSLR and Mirrorless cameras. If the quality was better, than it would have got a higher star rating.
