Part fit my 2004-2010 Toyota Sienna fine. I'm giving it a 3 as after 60 days the part looks rusty, unlike the OEM part per the original.

This bracket replaced one with a cross threaded bracket bolt. The new hardware easily fit onto this bracket and the pads and caliper fit perfectly as well. The threads for the bracket bolts were clean and helped attach this bracket to the steering knuckle nice and tightly with no cross threading.
