Decent soft protective case for the family of JBL Flip Bluetooth speakers. Provides some extra protection to keep the speaker from getting knocked around if you're throwing it in the back of your car or something. Does not really provide crush protection or protection from water.In general you have to remove the speaker from the case when using it, since the controls for the speaker are on the back and are not accessible when the speaker is in the case. Also, the case is not perforated to allow sound to escape from the speaker. So this is strictly for transportation. As such, it seems like a bit of a pain.I'm not sure where they were going with this overall since the speakers themselves are already ruggedized. A length of cardboard mailing tube or a pair of old socks probably would have worked just as well and perhaps better if you just need something mildly protective to move the speaker around in.Personally, I would have liked something that would allow me to turn a JBL Flip into a permanent outdoor speaker. Maybe something that was weatherproof and would allow access to the USB port and the speaker controls from the outside. I realize this would be a different product!

I think that this case is very nice in that it's sturdy and to me it feels really well built.I am using this case for my own purpose of fitting a Zoom H6Essential into it for quick and easy transport and reliable protection when doing on-location audio recording. I had carefully measured out the device I am using and saw that this case would suit the proper fitting if it was indeed listed correctly on the product page, which it was.This, for my purpose, fits the recorder into it great and I can have something with shoulder straps or a handle to transport it and to be less worrisome about the item being damaged.If you are using this item for its regular use, rest-assured, it is a sturdy case and pretty lightweight.I haven't tried the "waterproof" claim of this casing yet and as anyone else, sternly keep important devices out of wetness anyway. Yet if the material is able to deflect rain and such, that is a benefit for extra protection of your bluetooth speaker (or in my case, a zoom h6 recorder.)I'm planning to use this to have on me for hikes and bicycle rides and think the case will suit fine for that.

The fit is nice and listed dimensions are accurate. The zipper is solid which makes the entire thing seem higher quality. Prob won’t use the handle/strap but it’s nice to have.

This case is only for this certain speaker and will not fit the standard sized speakers. It is hard and well built. And the inside has a nice pattern surface to disperse any impact shock. On the one I got there is a strange metallic chemical odor so I need to let it air out outside.

This is a hard carrying case which better protects my speaker than just packing the speaker inside my backpack or luggage when I travel. There is a bit of space left inside for me to pack my charger along with some spare charging cables which is very convenient.

Very protective and well made. Didn't fit the lens that I hoped to use it for, but did fit some other items that I throw in my camera bag.

We got it for the Flip 6. My wife likes it a lot. She can now carry it on her shoulder when hiking or to carry it with. We also like the case has the extra room to put charging cable in it. We had a Flip 5 and it dropped on the floor and stop functioning. We think this case will protect it from the damage to the device.

This case is a great fit for my JBL Flip 7 and also works with my older Flip 6. The interior padding and shock-absorbing design give solid protection, and the mesh pockets are perfect for cables and adapters. I really like the flat base—it keeps the speaker stable when set down. The handle and strap make it super easy to carry. Great buy for anyone who travels with their speaker!
