We purchased the fountain in August of 2024. We have 3 cats so we clean the fountain every two weeks. After cleaning it today, the motor stopped working. It didn’t last 1 year! Very frustrating as the return window closed in October.

I thought having a gallon of water would be plenty for my dogs, but I have to constantly keep an eye on the water level. This does not have an automatic shut off if the water gets too low, so it will burn out the motor if it runs out of water. I also wish I had gotten a version that had a motion sensor, so it wouldn't be running 24/7. I still have to change the water and clean everything out everyday, because it gets slimy. I do like that my dogs have fresh water to drink constantly, ultimately I like the idea of it, but should have sprung for a bigger, more sophisticated option.

I chose this because it was large. I have two cats, one likes to drink water falling from the faucet, the other likes the water that is accumulated. This is large enough to have a place for it to drink water. Easy to set, easy to clean and so so so silent!!! I love being able to view that water level.

This is great if you don’t want to spend a $100 on one of the name brands I’ve had it for a month now and I’ve only needed to clean the filter once it’s definitely only a temporary one but for as cheap as it is it’s great!

I was afraid my son's cat wouldn't like this water dish, but he absolutely loves it. And it checks all the boxes.It's quiet and easy to clean. I like that.It's sturdy and not made of plastic.

This thing has to have one of the largest water capacity ever. We have a multi pet home and are always filling up our old water fountain but not this one I can fill it up once a week and be good. It's also really quiet compared to my old one. The little window on the front is nice. Keeps it from running dry. Overall value and quality are good and would recommend

My three cats love this water fountain so much. It keeps the water nice and cold for them. So glad I bought this one, that’s made out of steel instead of plastic. The plastic one aren’t good. It contains way too much bacteria. This one keeps it very clean. I can’t even hear it when it runs. It’s great!!!
