Other than looking nice, there are no good qualities to the product. The directions for assembly were very poor. My cat wouldn't drink from it because (a) the bubbler is too far in the center for her to reach (and she is a Maine Coon!) and when drinking from the lower bowl, which is narrow, she got her face wet. Also, I had this running for about 3 days and the water had so much sediment in it, it was ridiculous. (I know some sediment from filter is nml.)

Received the product and set it up quite easily. However, when it was ready to be plugged in it wouldn’t turn on. We tried different USB blocks and nothing. Went to go through with a return/exchange, got sent to the troubleshooting page which wasn’t even for the correct product. To only get to the return window and have no options to choose return options, even though the page said it was eligible for return until February 12th. Phoned support and they were able to refund the cost of the fountain.

This is a great fountain. The other ones I had were plastic and stainless steel, and were incredibly noisy. This one is quiet, easy to clean and provides a great flow for the cat who likes running water. Highly recommend.

It drives me nuts when pet fountains make constant trickling sounds. This fountain is genuinely quiet, keeps water flowing, stays clean, and is easy to put together and maintain.

This is easily the nicest-looking pet fountain on the market, but I am almost CONSTANTLY having to refill it. I'm not sure if it's just a way smaller capacity than the average fountain or if the larger surface area means the water evaporates faster, but I swear I have to add water what feels like nearly every day...and I know my one cat is not drinking it down that fast. I had also hoped with the ceramic that it would hold up against grime better than its cheap plastic predecessor, but unfortunately, it gets gross at about the same speed. Thankfully I can just run it through the dishwasher to clean it, but the constant refilling and frequent need for cleans have made it more annoying that the nice appearance is worth.

My picky cat loves this fountain. I also love how quiet it is. It is very easy to clean compared to other fountains. This fountain also looks decorative instead of ugly.

This is my 2nd purchase of this kind of water fountain. I really like it because it's heavy ceramic and you can put the ceramic parts in dishwasher. I bought a purple one last year. I bought this white one about a month ago. The only thing about this white one is the pump stopped working . They are replaceable. I just dont want to send the whole thing back. My hopes is the seller will be fair and replace the pump for me. If they do i will update my review and let you know.

It's been great so far, goes through less filters than the plastic petsafe and is also cleaner. It's easy to clean and set up, and super quiet. Our cats loved it immediately.Still a success months after use, we clean it weekly and change filters every other week and it works well for our 2 cats.

I have bought many cat fountains over the years. I’ve either return them because they don’t work right or I’ve given them away or I’ve thrown them away. This cat water fountain is the best. It keeps the water cold. It’s easy to see when the water is low. It’s very quiet. It’s easy to clean. And unlike some of the other ones I bought, my cats actually like it. I only have one problem with it. When I fill it up with water it’s very heavy for me to carry it to its place and put it on the floor. What did I expect? I’m 80 years old and it’s heavy ceramic. So I just put it on the floor first and then fill it with water. As I said in the title, this is the last cat fountain that I’m going to have to buy. Unless of course I drop it. It is ceramic and it will break. But then I would definitely buy another one.
