This is a quality item. It is made out of metal and not the usual cheap plastic ABS Chrome plated junk. This is quality metal with a highly polished chrome finish. It fits like a glove and it looks like it came out of the factory. In fact Harley should include something like this out of the factory because a simple thing like this makes a huge difference in the appearance of the front of the bike
