You have to purchase a Cisco subscription for it ro work or call Cisco and pay them to do something to it so it can be used....its a great phone but not worth paying extra just to make a call.

Description states "The products will have minimal to no signs of wear, no visible cosmetic imperfections when held 12 inches away" In reality, both phones I received contain multiple screens and the glass bezel has numerous scratches and streaks that do not remove. The marks are quite large and cause it hard to view the screen. As a result I have swapped out the glass bezel and had to order 2 more. Not impressed and I have purchased quite a few refurbished phones in the past.
