The machine seems not keeping stable temperature, do I need to return it?

After the machine heating up to the setting temperature, people will place blanks and start to transfer, the blanks will take away some temperature from the heating plate, it's normal that the target temperature moves up and down at ±3~5 ℃/±37~41℉. You can wait for about one minute then the machine will up to the setting temperature. By the way, the small range of decreasing will not have influence on the heat transferring. If you can really not tolerate with this feature, please consider twice before ordering this machine.

First use and the thing didn't even work. The button are stuck, it won't count down it'll randomly change the count down timer and increase the temperature. The box also came pretty messed up and all the foam was broken and shoved in the box. The box was also untapped when I got it.
