The Cooper-Atkins 50318-K Type K thermocouple ceramic surface probe measures temperature from -40 to +1,202 degrees F (-40 to 650 degrees C). This probe is for monitoring high temperatures of flat or uneven surfaces in food service or industrial environments. The probe shaft measures 4" with an exposed ceramic tip. It has a response time of 1 second on an oiled surface for fast readings. The polyurethane coiled cable extends to 4' and withstands temperatures up to 176 degrees F (80 degrees C).
