My frame arrived in a punctured shipping box so I immediately inspected the frame. There was no damage from the puncture but when I removed the “protective” cardboard corners on the frame, I discovered that where the corners were supposed to be black, there was chipping on each one which revealed the white frame material. And that material is terrible! It appears to be made of compressed white powder which is fragile to say the least. The manufacturer needs to rethink its product. F minus.

Nice frame however there is such a gap around the canvas to the frame it shows sides of the canvas where alas there isnt always paint. Also can see the lumpiness of the stapled canvas. They need to lessen that space. Depending on the angle you look at your artwork your are not going to be a happy camper.

Though the packaging was very good, the item was of very bad quality. The frame was pitted and had chipped paint.Furthermore, the corner covers were stapled to the frame!!! It is very difficult to remove them without further damaging the frame.Of course I tried to return it and they even "auto-approved" the return claim . But when I add up the restocking fee and the shipping cost, it came to more than what it cost me. (Yes, I know I should have read all the fine print before I bought it and I should have given more weightage to other negative reviews here, but now I know better.)Definitely a bad buy! I hope other buyers see this comment before they waste their money.

I have purchased several of these floater frames and LOVE them. They work beautifully with artwork done in one of those sip and paint type places and also with the canvas photo I just had done by Shutterfly. Will buy these over and over because they are nice and affordable and perfect.

Loved the shape and color, and the included hardware. Seemed to be shipped well, but after removing from carton, one corner was chipped off exposing white base color, and the upper part of the frame has a crack going through it. While that crack is present, one cannot see it from far away. The exposed white corner was fixed by painting it black. Nevertheless, I won’t be buying this brand again.

Great frame. It finished the canvas nicely. Was somewhat easy to attach canvas. I did not like that the wall hook mount was not attached and I do not like the use of the cord to hang from.
