Not flexible at all. They hurt my granddaughters feet. Very durable though!

Got these in blue and purple for my son and daughter for swim lessons. They are easy enough for them to get on and off and are adjustable so they will last through a few seasons (hopefully). The most important thing is they don't dig in and rub the back of their feet raw like others. The swim instructor commented how awesome they are!

We ordered one pair of these the same week as two other pair of CAPAS Swim Fins. I love the look of these Cressi's but they just haven't lasted. Only one year in and one has a tear at the end of the fin as well as the foot pocket - 15 months and have to replace them. Could be the kid that wore this pair out faster but will order something else as a replacement. So far the other 2 pair/other brands seem to be in good shape.
