I used this to replace the stock paste that came with my CPU cooler and it's been working wonderfully, I have noticed a pretty decent drop in temps since the change and I'd say on average my CPU temps have dropped while gaming be about 5-7 degrees Celsius. The paste was super easy to apply and I still have enough left over for another CPU when it comes time to upgrade.Overall I am very pleased with it and I would gladly recommend it

If youβre looking for a high-performance thermal paste that can handle demanding tasks like gaming or heavy computer use, the CTG08 Thermal Paste is an excellent choice. With a thermal conductivity rating of 12.8W/mk, this paste ensures that your CPU, GPU, and other components stay cool, even during intensive processes. It provides superior heat transfer, which is essential for keeping your systems running smoothly and preventing overheating. One of the standout features of this thermal compound is its non-capacitive and non-conductive properties. This means thereβs no risk of short-circuiting your components, even if you apply it a little too generously. Iβve used it on both my PC and gaming console, and I noticed a marked improvement in temperature control, even during long gaming sessions. The paste spreads easily and evenly, creating a durable layer that lasts for a long time without breaking down. The 2g syringe is perfect for multiple applications, and the consistency is thick enough to stay in place but not so thick that it becomes difficult to apply. Whether youβre building a new system or upgrading your current one, the CTG08 Thermal Paste provides the superior thermal conductivity you need to maintain high performance while preventing damage from excessive heat. Itβs a must-have for anyone serious about keeping their system cool and efficient!

Excellent performance for this paste. I've been using it for 5 months and the CPU runs as cool as expected. I can't compare (with tests) to other compounds, but in my situation it's fine. Just put it on the CPU at build time, and forget it. No need to reapply periodically like some people say. It isn't going anywhere, nor does it break down in the normal lifespan of a computer, so don't worry about it. Maybe in 20 years it could deteriorate a little, but who keeps their same computer for 20 years? If you DO take off the heatsink for some reason, but sure to wipe off all the old paste and reapply fresh. A little degreaser on a small rag works fine to clean it off. Put the degreaser on the RAG, don't spray it into the computer motherboard.

I have a EK gaming (aluminum) open loop cooled pc. I have been using the thermal paste that came with the EK water-cooling kit. This thermal paste outperforms the EK stuff by a LOT. I ran a stress test with AIDA64 (GPU and CPU at the same time) The fluid temp stayed the same but the CPU went down by 3 degrees, the real impressive one is the GPU which went down by a whopping 11 degrees!! that's INSANE.I repasted my CPU and GPU with the 2 gram tube and as you can see in the last picture I have enough left for another repasting of both.I got the 2 gram and the 4 gram tube thinking I would need more than 4 grams but thanks to the little spreader thingy I only used about 1 gram!, I recommend using it. The alcohol pad, I didn't use... too used to use a paper towel and isopropyl alcohol. I had already cleaned the surfaces by the time I realized there was an alcohol pad includedAnyway, while I'm sure there's better thermal paste out there for 10 bucks, this stuff is great. I would recommend it.

I had to apply new thermal paste to my overheating laptop with an RTX GPU. The CPU and GU were throttling back and after applcation of this paste (after cleaning off old paste) my nominal temperature of my CPU dropped from 95C to 75C. Worked perfectly.

This thermal paste delivers outstanding cooling performance with its 12.8W/mk thermal conductivity. Whether used on CPUs, gaming consoles, or GPUs, it significantly reduces temperatures, improving overall efficiency. The non-capacitive and non-conductive properties ensure safety during application, and the 2g amount provides enough for multiple uses. If you want to maximize your systemβs thermal efficiency, this is a fantastic product!

Does the job, canβt complain for the price. Itβs a little barebones and could definitely come with better instructions and application tools, but again for the price you canβt argue.4 stars

I got this to re-paste a PC I was converting to a media server. It's been a couple months since sitting it, and so far there's been no issues. The applicator worked great, and the CPU temp has been fine. Definitely recommend.

This thermal paste is a reliable and effective solution for keeping your computer components cool. While I didn't measure the exact temperature difference, I can confidently say it's working well. I used it on a heavily-used processor in one of our simulator systems, and we haven't experienced any temperature issues since installation. What I liked:Effective cooling: The paste effectively dissipates heat and keeps the processor running at optimal temperatures.Thoughtful extras: The included grease cleanser, spatula, and resealable packaging are nice touches that add value to the product.Easy to apply: The paste has a good consistency that makes it easy to spread evenly.Overall:This thermal paste is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and effective cooling solution. It's easy to use, comes with some handy extras, and most importantly, it does its job well. I highly recommend it for any PC builder or anyone looking to replace their old thermal paste.

I recently used CTG08 Thermal Paste on a heatsink for a Peltier module in my cooler refurbishment project. It was easy to apply and spread smoothly, ensuring good contact with the module. The paste seems to be doing a good job of transferring heat away from the module, which is crucial for its efficient operation. I'm satisfied with its performance so far.

The CTG08 Thermal Paste (2g) really impressed me with its performance. Itβs a bit runnier than other pastes Iβve used, but that actually helps with even spreading, especially when installing a new multicore CPU on my server. With a thermal conductivity of 12.8W/mK, it holds its own against more expensive options like Arctic MX-4 or Thermal Grizzly, and the temps on my setup stayed cool and stable under load.Itβs non-conductive and non-capacitive, so it's safe to apply, and the 2g tube was just enough for a couple of solid applications. If you're looking for high-performance thermal paste at a great value, this is a fantastic choice!
