It's just the 2 of us. Have a large deep fryer but for us it's an overkill in size. This works perfectly. Will do our french fries, our chicken pieces, or anything else we throw at it.. Easy to clean. Usually keep the oil in it and store as such. Will usually do at least a dozen deep fries before I have to clean it out and replace the oil. I use peanut oil and find it better all around. Would recommend this for small kitchen. or for just 2 or 3 in the family.

This fryer never did hold its temperature. Ruined a lot of food because the oil never got hot enough. It says it's reached 375 degrees and I check it with a thermometer and it's more like 300-325. Garbage.

I lucked out with getting a warehouse reject. Examining at first Glace no damages to it, not even a scratch. First time use it made my nuggies to perfection super simple to understand and use. The magnetic fuse is a feature I was originally vexed by but learned to love for how easy it is to disconnect without spilling oil everywhere. The cover is my favorite feature keeps all the oil in and has a little basket hole for complete closure without interruption, it has a big vent on too so be careful not to blast yourself with steam. Absolutely love the mini basket, could just be a woman thing but it brings me joy.

Perfect size for home use, heats up fast and is easy to clean. The lid has a filter built into it so it doesn’t splash oil all over your counters.

Bought because it had good reviews. Only needed a small fryer so this looked like the right one. Worked well for a few days then stopped heating to needed temp
