If your order is urgent, you can get in touch with us through Amazon Messenger to rush your order for an extra fee of $50. In this case, we can speed up the production time to 2-3 working days and we'll upgrade to express shipping for you too.

Can I cancel my custom bobblehead order?
You can cancel your order for free within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, a fee of $29 will be charged because your order has entered the production stage.

What if I never received my order?
If your order is lost in transit, please get in touch with us immediately. We will remake your order. If the tracking shows it has been delivered, you need to pay $15 for shipping. If the tracking shows it's lost, you don't need to pay anything.

What if my order is damaged?
Although this is rare, we apologize if this happens. We will remake the bobblehead at our cost, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs which is $15 per doll.

What if I am not satisfied with my bobblehead when I receive it?
Since our products are handmade and you recognize the proof, refunds are not supported. However, please get in touch with us for a discounted remake.
