The instrument's sensor adopts advanced oxygen electrode manufacturing process technology, which achieves long life, high stability, high precision, fast response time, and can resist the interference of various harmful gases (especially the interference of hydrogen). The oxygen electrode produced by our factory has also obtained Chinese patents. The instrument host is assembled by an imported A/D conversion circuit and digital display, which has the characteristics of easy operation and a wide range of 0.00%-100%, particularly suitable for the following occasions.
The instrument's sensor is an electrochemical polarographic diaphragm oxygen electrode. It uses a platinum cathode and a silver-silver chloride anode. Potassium chloride is used as an electrolyte, and the diaphragm material is a polyperfluoroethylene propylene film selected to transmit oxygen.
The electrode reaction is as follows
Cathode: O ₂ + 2H ₂ O + 4e → 4OHˉ
Ag + Clˉ → AgCl
The electrode current is proportional to the oxygen content in the gas, driven by analog conversion and decoding, and displays the percentage of oxygen through a digital screen.
