In the first place:
1.select the extractor with appropriate size and reverse the opening with small head(as deep as possible)
2. insert the big end of the extractor into the deep hole.
3. turn the screw counter clockwise at low speed to take out the screw (if it can't be stuck,change it to a larger one)
The second step:
1. Then use the big head to reverse out the screw,Remove the broken nut.
2. Drilling with electric drill,Then pull out directly with the broken screw extractor.

Unfortunately this product did not work at all the extraction tips could not properly prepare the screw for extraction I would not buy this item.

Do not waste your time or money using this piece of crap. The easy out has to be harder than the screw or bolt you are trying to get out. These are not. The drill end doesn’t work, the extractor end is too soft. Really surprised that Amazon would carry crap like this. And that’s how I really feel about the product!

Bought these to extract two rusted screws. This tool set is cheap and would drill into the screws. I even tried to make the hole with another drill bit, but the extractor set does NOT grab onto the screw. They looked like they were painted with gold paint. Do not waste your time or money on this.

Received them and need to use them a couple days later. When I used one to drill into the head of the screw, it wouldn't even drill into a soft metal screw. Did not help me one bit and had to grind the head of the screw off.

Returned what was left immediately. Those that arrived appeared to be gold-painted, poor quality. Included a 2" x 3" instruction sheet which was indecipherable. Buy something else.
