The cat surgery suit is really convenient. It does run a little small mine was for a kitten. But he did well in it. It’s a space that they can use the bathroom very convenient.

Was easier that I thought putting in on after they struggled with me using a cone which was a disaster. Once on they were calm unlike the cone. As far as size, the chart is accurate. I really needed a medium and tried to outguess the chart. Don't do it. The medium (this was a large I got) is perfect for a 5 to 6 month old female kitty. I will be getting more from this seller.

I got the small size, thinking it would fit my much-smaller-than-average 6lb cat who has incontinence issues (she has Manx syndrome) but unfortunately it was too tight! I think the small size would be better fitting for a cat around more like 4 pounds or so instead -- I was able to get it over her head and on her front half, but it was tight in those areas and too short through the torso to actually close around her butt.It seems like a really well made suit otherwise, the seams are thick and double-stitched, and I liked the adjustable booty strap. I would have expected just a bit more stretch in the fabric though, just to accomodate for movement in an animal. If it did fit, it seemed like it could potentially be fairly uncomfortable for them to play in, but then again, maybe that's not an intended feature for the product since it's supposed to be a post-surgery suit.

Our cat rescue, like most, has a continuing need for e-collars and onesies for cats who require surgery, especially spays and neuters. This onesie is certainly one of the most attractive I've seen, though I admit I've never seen one with the system to secure it that this one has. Most have a row of snaps or Velcro along the back. This has a Velcro tab at the neckline, and most unusually, a piece for the back legs and tail that connects to the main body of the garment through a buckle (with Velcro). I haven't yet tried to get a cat (or more likely) a kitten into it, but you'll have to get it over their head to get it on at all, then secure it with the Velcro tabs. I don't know how easy that's going to be. It may work great, or it may be impossible, depending on the cat.
