1. Temperature Sensor Applications:
Air Temperature Application: The Temperature Sensor is strategically placed in the radiator fin section, as close to the hot coolant inlet as feasible. It senses the air temperature as it flows through the radiator, offering an adjustable temperature range of 40ºC to 110ºC (104ºF to 230ºF).
2. Coolant System Application:
Water/Coolant Integration: The 0444 sensor can be directly installed into the coolant system without the need to cut hoses. Utilize the Temperature Sensor Adaptor Kit (Part 0409) for this installation type. It is advisable to position the sensor in the return hose from the radiator.
3. Technical Specifications:
Relay Setup: Dual relay configuration.
Sensor Wire Length: Total length of 142cm (comprising 112cm from the switch and 30cm for the sensor connector).
Speed: Single-speed operation with a 10-second delay for initiating the second fan.
Applications: Suitable for both single and dual fan configurations.
Screen Display: LED digital temperature display showing both actual and set temperatures.
Temperature Display Options: Selectable between Centigrade (ºC) or Fahrenheit (ºF).
Temperature Settings: Adjustable from 40°C to 110°C (104°F to 230°F) via a push-button interface.
Circuit Type: Pre-programmed microcontroller for seamless operation.

4. Additional Notes:
EWP Compatibility: When using this switch with our EWP's, it will not vary the pump speed based on engine temperature. Instead, it will turn the pump on and off at the preset temperature.
EWP Control Recommendation: For comprehensive EWP and Thermatic Fan control, we recommend using part number 8002, which can effectively manage both the EWP and your fans.
