This Dixon FC450F brass cap has 4-1/2" female National Standard Thread (NST) and provides a dust-proof seal. The pin lugs allow the connection to be tightened using fire equipment tools and the attached chain prevents loss of the cap. The brass construction provides corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability.
