Car was overheating and couldn't figure out why. After some trial and error, discovered this part helped stop the overheating, as the old part was cracked/damaged. Also replaced the thermostat and cooling fan control box, but this part worked best.

I have an older Toyota van so need to have a good replacement part available. The installation video seems simple to do myself so I saw the price and reviews and I purchased this one. I am satisfied with my purchase.

The old part was 15 years old, and it was leaking. While taking the part out, it broke due to its age. Plastic does not last forever, and I'm surprised that this relatively large part lasted this long. The replacement is an exact fit. Installation took about 2 hours from start to finish. Local shop quoted me $393 for parts and labor, but doing it myself, I saved over $350. While I took the part out, I replaced the air filter along the way.
