Motor doesn't work so had to move mirror by hand. Could have been from factory like that or could have happened in transit or when it was dropped before installing or could be cause the suv is over 26 years old.

Used on 97 k1500 plow truck without heat connection. Works good with power controls. The two heater leads and heat feature not using since my truck did not come with the feature originally.

Replacing a mirror on a 99 Yukon is a nightmare, very tight and odd angles for the screws. The mirror fits well and looks OEM but the paint used is terrible. Scratched with a micro fiber rag. Overall mirror that got whacked in a parking lot is replaced and for $30, cannot beat that.

Good product, shiny and smooth. Fits like the stock mirror on my 1999 Chevrolet suburban. Heating element seems to work fine. Happy with price point as Dealer wanted $1000 for the replacment mirror.
