I use one side of this double twin bed for my daughter to sleep, and the other as a little play area with pillows and books. It’s been perfect! The low design makes it safe, and the fencing gives it a cozy, enclosed feel. My daughter loves it and calls it her “big girl corner.” No slats included, but we placed a thinner mattress directly on the floor frame and it works great.
