The overall quality is pretty good, this is plastic, but it's nice and sturdy and substantial. It's best to watch a tutorial video to see how to set this up, it's not rocket science, but I was a little confused at first. I have a drawer full of dull bits, that occasionally I'll sharpen by hand using a bench top grinder. I learned to do it by I decades ago and for the most part I've been fairly successful. But sometimes you're a little off and you have to go back and work on the angle to get it just right. Is I sharpened about 10 drill bits using this little gizmo and it worked as advertised. I had no issue and they all sharpened up nicely. Definitely a good product, I was a little leerier first, but it won me over.
