I used this spring as part of a C-clip elimination hack on my 1993 Ford Explorer Dana 35 Twin Traction Beam front axle. The picture I included with this review is of the boot that covers the spring. I wasn't going to remove the boot for a review. It took two weeks for the spring to get here. Meanwhile my Explorer sat in someone's shop waiting. I finally cancelled the order, and ordered a couple springs (it was a package deal) elsewhere. The very next day, the spring showed up. I received no response from the seller regarding my cancellation of the order. The spring was pretty hard to get on the axle, but, eventually, did go on. I have been driving on this set up for about a month. It seems to be working fine. I don't know why it took so long to receive the spring. Maybe it was the mail service.

I used it for a c-clip eliminator modification on my 91 Ford ranger it was a pain to work over the splined shaft but it is working properly and is pretty reliable for my needs
