A socket wrench is one of the tools I use often, maybe more than any other tool in my shop except a screwdriver. It is a great tool, but it is not the speediest tool on the bench. It takes a lot of manual ratcheting. So, this little battery powered electric ratchet fills a need to speed up some jobs and make them easier. It is pretty light-duty, but it has good power and it is easy to operate. The 90-degree angle design is really nice for lots of situations where space is limited. I gave it a try using self-tapping hex head screws to mount fence panels to metal posts and it did great. I was able to fit the electric ratchet between the first panel vertical and the metal post to drive the screw. It did a very good job, and it wasted no time. Lining up a panel in this situation can be a little tough, so being able to set the screw for the mounting piece quickly is a big advantage. It comes with two batteries, but they are on the small side. So, this tool really isn’t designed for heavy-duty use on a professional job. The sockets they included cover a good range of sizes for typical uses, but they are pretty lightweight, so I am not sure how long they will last. The title of the listing says one battery is included, but the description paragraphs state that two are included. Only one was included. For a homeowner or other occasional use, this electric ratchet does a good job. Considering the price and the convenience, it is a nice tool to have available and ready to go. It simply does a good job all the way around.

Some guys are fussy about having all their power tools use interchangeable battery system whether it is Ryobi, DeWaltor Craftsman. Me, I don't mind as long as there are at least 2 batteries for a particular power tool and I will put up withvarious different brands. This cordless wrench meets my minimum standard in that it comes with 2 sets of batteries. The wrench has 3/8 tip and comes with few sockets as well as 1/4 adapter and an extension bit. LED light illuminatesto help you see better when using the tool. The neck could be little longer to provide better access in the tight areas. That would be my only criticism here. For a budget wrench, it works pretty well and feels sturdy enough.Comes with a charging cord but not charging brick.

... used properly. Obviously, due to the design and limited space for a motor, something like this is not going to have the power and torque of an impact wrench, which some seem to expect. Initial loosening and final tightening can be done by hand, while the rest can be accomplished under power. I like to think of these as a speed wrench. Doing so, they work well for me. This one has a couple things that I do not like: 1. Seems a proprietary battery (Milw. 12v will not fit) 2. Includes only one battery. One-star deduction. For what it is, what it does, and what it costs: Four StarsI am the Totally Unbiased Reviewer Dude (T.U.R.D.) and that is how I see it.

Seems like a good value for the money. fairly cheap build, but works for basic stuff. It's a little bulky, and not super powerful, but again cheap value option.
