It works and heats water. But I had to turn the volume way down and turn the tempature to 100 degrees which isn't that hot but it's do able. Half a gallon per min is max for this heater. Maybe I thought it would be more but it works. It's more of a sink heater than a shower heater

Don’t let the size fool you! I admit, when it was delivered I opened it up and was disappointed because it looked very small and I wondered how could this little thing be what I wanted? Anyway I installed it which was very easy and simple. And I was shocked that it heated up the water in literally seconds! It works better than the previous one I had that was 3 times the size and it took 3 times longer to get hot water!

The water temperature will not fluctuate when two showers are turned on at the same time in winter! The noise is much smaller than expected.
