These specialty pliers come in a two-pack envelope, individually packed in a blister pack and are coated in Cosmoline. The factory supplied envelope had a sticker stating both straight head and bent head pliers were inside. Unfortunately, I received two bent head pliers. I contacted the company through Amazon and after two weeks am still waiting for a reply. The pliers have non-slip PVC coated handles, are spring loaded and have a positive feel. The notched ends are offset, for removing electrical connectors. I wasn't able to maneuver the 60-degree pliers to use them for their intended purpose. However, they worked well removing clamps and spring clips.

Pliers are well made and offer easy access to what are sometimes difficult to disconnect electrical plugs. They are a good size for my large hands. They simplify unplugging connectors which are sometimes hard to squeeze by hand to release. They also work to disengage the locks before the button can be pressed. I haven't tried yet, but I suspect they also will reduce breakage of connectors made brittle from engine heat. I can see the need for more similar pliers with the wide and narrow ends switched for some applications, or even being sideways. Maybe they already exist? I haven't looked.

VERY handy pliers! If you have issues disconnecting those pesky electrical connectors that seem to need 3 pages of instructions to figure out the formula for removal? These make the job WAY easier. Very well made, and easy to use. The teeth on the jaws are well placed to work on most complex electrical connectors. Great tool for the money. These are $40+ on the tool trucks. Lets face it, you'll never apply enough pressure on them to damage the pliers

I ordered these for my husband who works on cars for his livelihood and as a hobby. Thus far, he is impressed with the performance of the pliers. They are a must have for anyone who works on cars, especially when disconecting electrical connectors and fuel lines. The 2-piece set comes with one straight and one 60-degree bend pliers. My husband said that they work perfectly for getting into tight spaces under the hood. He said that the grip is comfortable and effective when working in cramped or greasy spaces. He said that they seem to be well-made, they’re easy to use and get the job done efficiently.

This tool is well-built and grips what it needs to. Two are included, one straight and one curved. The surface finish is fairly rough, but this does not affect function at all. Just don't expect a smooth chromed finish. Cushioned handles.

These are not the most highest quality tools. But that been said they will do the job and will be ok for occasional use/home mechanic situations.
