This was the model listed to go with my Fanimation fan. However, when attempting the install, this is missing the wire in order to allow use of the remote came with the fan. Returned, and only received a partial refund...

This switch does not look the same as the picture. The toggle switch is a different white than the rest of the switch. For a $30 I expect more, I had to buy this switch because of the fans requirements. The slider is also not smooth at all, this is the cheapest feeling switch I've ever purchased.

works great. T0o bad it does not have a reverse option on it to eliminate the pull chain.
