We love the guitar and we feel like it was a great deal for our son. However, he is having an issue with the second fret from the neck of the guitar seems to make the string have a scratchy sound any time he holds his fingers on the string over it. None of the other frets have this problem. I tried to contact the seller, but the Amazon bot keeps me in a circle, not solving the problem.

Great guitar kit, was looking for an affordable but still decent acoustic. This is it. Plays nicely after tuning right out of the box. Also received the soft gig bag with the purchase of the kit that had a hard case. A nice unexpected bonus. Also a very nice finish on this guitar with nice extras such as the tuner, picks, strap.

This is the first Acoustic guitar I've ever purchased, and I am very happy with the look, weight and feel of the instrument. The kit more-or-less has everything that you need to get started, but my package was missing a guitar strap that was said to be included.Overall, very happy with it. I'm looking forward to putting this thing to good use, and will definitely consider Fender guitars when I look for an electric guitar down the road.

It was a toss-up whether to buy the gig bag package or the hard shell case package. Well I went with the Hard shell package not knowing where I'd be taking the guitar. As I was unpacking my new guitar to my surprise, there was a gig bag under the guitar. The guitar itself is beautiful. The strings were a little to much to play so I bought some extra light gauge to get started with. Other than that this was a great deal. It is well worth the money. It is perfect for the beginner or experienced alike. The guitar itself sounds great and looks great. I would highly recommend this guitar for anyone interested in playing a fine guitar.

So, the Guitar Case arrived damaged, with a chip about 2” in diameter deep enough to reveal wood underneath. Bummer.The actual Guitar is great, arrived intact as ordered.Accessories included extra strings, three picks, a tuner and a cheap strap.The tuner works perfectly, the Guitar itself sounds fantastic.Very cool that Fender provides three months free membership to a Guitar lessons app. Personally, I have found Youtube to be a better choice for me.Reading from a script, the Amazon customer service rep could only offer a refund or complete replacement of the entire set; even though the Guitar case is the only damaged item.Amazon’s Customer Service Rep. discouraged me from reaching out to Austin Bazaar, the third party seller.I reached out to them anyways and within 24 hours Austin Bazaar issued me a 15% refund on my purchase because of the damaged case. They also offered a full refund or replacement, but I chose the $29.00 refund to have to damaged repaired on the Guitar case.Amazon was not helpful, but Austin Bazaar was extremely helpful.Will definitely check out purchasing another guitar from them!
