This is a pretty file cabinet that can go incognito as a console table if you don't want the typical metal file cabinet or are putting it somewhere other than an office, and the price is great!You never know what you're going to get with no-name flat-pack furniture, but this arrived in good shape and assembly went smoothly. Though some of the larger pieces weren't labeled, the assembly instructions illustrations made it pretty straightforward to figure out what was what, and the hardware and smaller, trickier pieces were labeled, which made putting it together straightforward. It's well-toleranced, and all the holes were properly placed, so it was as easy to put together as any decent IKEA piece. Good quality drawer rails, which came already attached--an added bonus.The only problem: once you put files in it the thing is non-functional--it tips forward when the bottom drawer is pulled out! I tried adjusting the feet of the legs to tilt the front up slightly and hopefully prevent the problem, but there's simply not enough play in the legs to do this--best I could do is to make it level from front to back. I wasn't planning to bolt the thing to the wall, but this is going to be absolutely necessary in order to use it as a file cabinet. It includes a kit to secure it, but I wasn't counting on having to do this and didn't want to drill into the wall where it's located. So it's great if you're just putting a few files in it or willing to attach to the wall. Not so useful otherwise. It's a shame, given that it'd otherwise be great. I'd give it 5 stars for manufacturing quality and multi-room attractiveness, but 1 star for design, given that it's a file cabinet that can't hold files without falling over.

I’m very happy with this. Had a problem with the bottom draw. I thought it was going to be a problem to replace or repair it. The customer service was amazing. Quick response and problem solved. Worth the money!
