Compatible Robot Mop Models:
- For Braava Jet M6 Series M611020.
- For Braava Jet M6 Series M612880.
- For Braava Jet M6 Series M612680.
- For Braava Jet M6 Series M614480.


Step 1: Upside down the Roomba.
Step 2: Use the screwdriver to remove the screws that secure the battery cover.
Step 3: Lift the side plastic handles to remove the old battery.
Step 4: Align the sides and put the new battery into.


When Should I Need a Replacement New Battery?
1. When the working time of full battery is less than 45 minutes.
2. When the battery turns green within charging for about 30 minutes.
3. When the device prompts you to charge the Roomba but can not return to the base to charge properly.

Battery Exception Notes:
1. The battery can work for 2-3 hours in full charge. But the robot will back to the base about 60 mins after working in a normal set. It does not mean that the battery power has been exhausted
2. On the iRobot panel, err5 is displayed as a battery problem. Err7 is not entirely the battery problem.
Error Code 1/5/10 | Reason: Wheels jammed or wheels not touching the floor. Solution: Check the wheel to make sure it works, and place it on the floor. |
Error Code 2 | Reason: The main brushes won't rotate. Solution: Remove and clean the brush, brush frame and side caps at both ends. |
Error Code 6 | Reason: The drop sensor was dirty. Solution: Wipe the drop sensor with a dry cloth, then put the robot in a new clean place to restart it. |
Error Code 8 | Reason: The vacuum fan or filter be stucked by dust. Solution: Remove and clean the trash box and filter. |
Error Code 9 | Reason: The snubber is dirty or get stucked. Solution: Clean the inside garbage of the snubber. |
Error Code 11 | Reason: The Internal error. Solution: Press and hold the "Clean" button about 10s untill restarted. |
Error Code 14 | Reason: The trash box is not connected properly. Solution: Remove the trash box and clean the trash box sensor then reinstall it. |
Error Code 15 | Reason: The system error. Solution: Press and hold the "Clean" button about 10s untill the lights off. Release the button You will hear a piece of music and then click “Clean” to restart it. |
Error Code 16 | Reason: Encountering obstacles or the “Clean” button is be pressed during cleaning. Solution: Place the robot on groud and click “Clean” to restart it (Please do not click the “Clean” button when operation) |
Error Code 17 | Reason: The robot is unable to do its job because of a barrier along its route. Solution: Make sure there is enouahlight in the room for Roomba to navigate. Don't have too many cluther inthe house. Make sure Roomba doesn't knock the shut door to casuse close its route. Wipe the window on the top of the machine and the sensor on the bottom of the mechine with a dry cloth. |
Error Code 18 | Reason: The robot can't go back to the charging station. Solution: Make sure there are no obsfacles in front of the charaing base, and wipe the metal connector between the charging socket and the machine. |
