Measure, wrap sweep in rag, put in vice, hacksaw, tape it to door while closed, drill hole and screw in one at a time. Drill bit just slightly thinner than screws (no breakage of screws). Remove tape. Sticks to floor a bit when changing direction to close the door(uneven floor). So, loosened screws, and raised it a bit.
