Everything fit fine and it's working only note I'll make is that the impeller is plastic where the one I removed was metal . Time will tell .

Did work on my son's 2000 Intrepid with the 3.2L. About 6 hours total to do this work, and we replaced all items going in and out including belts, idlers, thermostat, etc. Belt is high quality and wouldn't buy another brand based on using Gates products elsewhere. Tensioner and idler seem solid. The water pump? Lasted 2 years plus or minus a couple weeks. We had flushed the system and took all the precautions before installing this kit. In fact, installing this kit was preventative activity and there were not any leaks or issues before. So I give this a 4 star or better if I never had the need to rip back in. But 2 stars because I installed a new water pump just a few weeks ago. The belt, tensioner, and new idler looked great!! Left them all there and only replaced the Gates water pump. Getting better, took 4 hours in and out! Guess there is something to be said for the training and practice..... NOT!

Bought the kit 20,000 miles ago. Hit a deer three days after installing. The shop replaced the belt, but the water pump was new and undamaged, so they kept it in. This pump failed 20,000 miles later and my 2002 Chrysler 300M is overheating. $400 to replace and install a decent water pump. These are supposed to last 80,000 to 100,000 miles. Failure at 20,000 miles? Unacceptable.

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU"RE ORDERING! I ordered this one thinking it woud fit my 2008 Chrysler 300 (3.5L).....it didn;t.....but that's my fault! In short, I got exactly what I ordered, exactly what the pic portrayed and received it exactly when I expected it.Everything I received was perfect but the water pump I received was the wrong one (but that's my fault like I said). I was deep into swapping out the parts on my car (4 hours) and had to run to Auto Zone for the correct pump ($63).I was determined to write a review but wanted to make sure I ordered the right thing before I did....appearently I didn;t. I ordered a TCKWP295 but what I needed appears to be a TCKWP295D. After pulling the information back up on Amazon, it actually said it wouldn't fit my car in big bolt letters at the top of the page but I guess I just didn't see that when I placed my order. Now that I know what the water pump actually looks like (now that I've R2 it) the one in the picture is the one I got....but like I said, I made a mistake and its the wrong one. Don't learn $120 lesson like I did.I will definitely order from this vendor again. Anyone who can post the exact picture of what you're ordering with complex parts like this, vice a generic pic, gets my business again! 'Note the pic. The water pump on the left is what I received with my order and matches the vendor's pic exactly. Note the water pump I actually needed which matches the pic of a TCKWP295D.

I purchased this because of a bad water pump (leaking). I paid $146.24. It would be just plain silly on my 120K mile car to not replace the timing belt/tensioner/pulley too as there is about another 10 minutes of labor to replace these additional parts. Everything went together smoothly with no issues. I would recommend to all. Probably not a job for a novice. I was able to find the actual Chrysler service manual online and download for free. I would not have attempted this job without it. Plan on about 3 hours for an experienced mechanic. It took me between 4-5 hours but I split the job into 2 evenings. It is quite a bit of work to get to the water pump...a lot to dismantle but it will save you about $300-350.00 or so dollars (the going labor rate in central Iowa during January of 2014).

Had all the parts I was needing from good suppliers, wish the pump had a metal impeller but the one I removed was plastic also so I think it will be fine. Took 4 hrs to install but I have 30 yrs experiance also.

The kit has a belt, water pump, hydraulic tensioner and tensioner pulley. When you change the timing belt its recommended to change those parts as well. I flushed the radiator and replaced the serpentine belt, v-belt and their respective pulleys while I was at it (these parts are not included in the kit). All parts in the kit seem to be high quality and fit perfectly. Use of a torque wrench is recommended and a harmonic balancer puller is necessary to remove the crankshaft pulley. If you rent the puller tool just be sure it's not too long otherwise you'll have to lift or remove the radiator. I think the one I rented was 7" which caused me to have to lift the radiator.

All parts were in excellent condition and arrived fairly quickly (delayed cause of 3day weekened which meant i couldnt work on it during the weekend as planned else would have been 5 stars--PRIME had stated it would arrive before weekend). TIP: belt is pliable so you dont have to remove the bottom pulley at all slips on and saves tons of effort and time.
