Fascia regolabile in larghezza, con inserti per integratori di piccole dimensioni. Varie clip a diversa distanza danno la possibilita' di fissare numeri di gara con diverse dimensioni.

The last race I did, I started with a jacket, which I had to shed during the race. As anyone racing know, it's quite the task to unpin your race bib, take off your clothing layer, tie it around your waist and then pin your race bib back on to your under layer. This provides a means to attach the bib and shed layers while running without having to remove your race bib. A great asset when you are running in cooler climates like autumn in the upper Midwest. In addition, I was keeping gels in my jacket pocket. With this, I am able to avoid a tricky maneuver and no longer have to try to retrieve the gels from the pocket of the jacket tied to my waist without tripping over my own feet or running into someone. This has definitely saved me a lot of hassle on race day! I highly recommend it for those that need a good place to store gels or know they will be shedding layers during a run.

Works as it should.3 Stars because:A) the loops for gels are too small. GU/Powerbar gels are extremely hard to cram into them. I would not be able to do it with one hand and certainly not while running a race. Must load ahead of time.B) Can't shrink/tighten very far. I'm about a 32 waist and the tightest this band goes is just right for me. If you're a 30 or smaller, you might have issues with it being loose and therefore gels flopping around and up and down.Overall, glad I bought it. I use it for races without gels frequently; it works great as a number holder facing either direction.

I tend to run races without a shirt, and I don't like pinning bibs to my shorts. This belt solves both problems AND gives me a place to keep my gels and inhaler to boot. I usually keep my inhaler tucked in under the elastic band meant to keep the excess belt material tucked (similar to the little loop after a standard belt buckle, I'm not sure what that part is called). At first, I was worried that the little bib holding clips would come loose and fall off during a race (and I still reach back from time to time to check on it), but so far they have stayed perfectly in place for over a hundred race miles. Gels, as well, never fall out. If anything, they're TOO hard to get out of the little holsters. The belt does get mildly annoying here and there, as it tends to ride upward just above the waistline of my shorts. But I usually forget about it almost as soon as I notice it.

I dislike pinning on race numbers and this thing works great as far as getting the numbers on easily and out of the way during a race. Basically the belt goes around your waist and the small plastic squeeze type clips are removed, allowing you to run the cords thru your race numbers top holes. Put the clips back on over the cords to secure the number and away you go. The number hangs in just the right spot to basically be forgotten about during your run. Belt itself is robust, should last for years, and if you are doing even only 1-2 races a year probably still worth the investment overtime. I don't run far enough to use the gel pouches but they are there if you need them.I rotate this basic version with my wife after and picked up the one with the small zippered pocket in the front for a few dollars more so we could quit tying our key to my shoe and have a place to put it as some of our running shorts don't have pockets. Both verison are great and I would recommend.

I purchased this product because I was looking for something to stow my running gels during the long run. Since there weren't enough pockets in my favorite shorts I purchased new shorts with lots of special pockets everywhere, for gels. But that didn't work too well for me. Then when I ran long distance those new shorts would feel like they would drag downward (when they were loaded down with my favorite gels). So I tightened the draw sting and made a knot, not too good of a solution either. I developed burns and cut like sores where the draw string cut in deep. There had to be a better solution! ..I guessed it was time for the fanny pack..But I then happened upon this product by accident on Amazon. I wasn't really impressed with the description and thought it must be a gimmick, like so much stuff for sale. Surely most gel users would have one of these if it really worked as described, and I've never noticed any runners with them before. I had never even heard of it. But I just didn't want one of those fanny packs hanging around me while I ran the marathon, and it was coming up quickly. I splurged on several things for this race that I thought "might" actually become useful, this was one of them.I've always been told to never try anything for the first time during a marathon, but I was desperate for something to put my gels in, and I got my box of goodies from Amazon just before traveling out to this marathon (Memphis). My "test run" for this product was jumping up and down with the belt loaded with Power bar gels in it. They didn't fall out and the belt seemed secure. Against lingering doubts I decided to use this gadget for the first time during my full marathon. The marathon was great and the FUEL BELT worked perfect; no gels popped lose or came even close to falling out. I can't say that about stowing gels in pockets, they've popped out on me before, and during a race. This Fuel Belt is a great product that should become FAR more popular with marathoners who use a lot of gels during their race. As a plus, the race number clips work perfectly, and the FUEL BELT logo on the front of the belt is reflective, another plus.tip-- Its going to take you longer to put the gels into the belt than take them out since it grasps them so tightly. Pulling them free is a two handed operation: grab the top of the gel pack with one hand and the belt right besides it with the other hand, then tug it ouut it takes a second or two, but quicker than digging around in a back pocket. Also, Plan on gelling right before or after the water stop, not at the same time. Last tip, don't try anthing the first time during a marathon. It worked for me.
