Dryer fit well. Just like the old one.The o rings were too thin so I used other ones.

Works great so far. I had to transfer my original bolt that held the hose in, but then I realized that I could have just used their allen-head bolt and been good as well. I do like the original set up, for the original bolt allows me to guide the hose into the port.

Dryer canister came sealed, brand new in the box. Holds a vacuum just fine. Has nice tig welds around the joints. Is shiny not dull colored. You will need the threaded stud off the old canister.My 2002 Impala is blowing out ice cold air and I'm happy. :-)

This part developed a leak less than 24 hours after having a mechanic install and repair the AC system. May be a bad tig weld on the aluminum as it is a pin hole but what a pain. Buy AC Delco parts for compatibility and still have issues with quality?

I had to purchase this part when I recently had my car's AC system worked on. I first had to have the condenser replaced to fix a leak due to corrosion that took place over the years. I'm the 2nd owner of my car & the car's 12 years old & I, personally, have had it for 7+ years. A week after the condenser was replaced the ac gradually stopped cooling. At that point I took the car back in & apparently the compressor stopped working due to another leak isolated to the compressor itself & its seals between the major parts of the unit. So then anytime you have to replace the compressor/ the ac system's opened you must replace the accumulator & the orifice tube if it's not a nightmare to get to. This accumulator is IIRC the OEM AC Delco part. It cost me ~$20 & I inspected it when it arrived & it looked solid to me. My mechanic didn't have any complaints & he was able to swap out the non-functioning compressor & the accumulator in no time. Suffice to say my AC is up & running strong again for the first time in a few summers. The summers where I live haven't been that bad lately but this particular summer would've been suicide without AC. We had countless 100*+ days so I kinda had no choice. The packaging it arrived in was acceptable. The price was excellent for an OEM part & very comparable to all the other accumulators that supposedly work with my particular car. I hate car surprises so getting the OEM accumulator saved me the potential headache of my mechanic telling me something like "Hey, this accumulator you dropped off with the new compressor doesn't fit, man. It's no good. You need the OEM one..." I would recommend this product to a friend, family member, or any Grand Prix/ GTP/ other cars' owners that this product is compatible with.
