These are exactly what I was looking for. Restaurant quality, heavy weight, melamine ramekins with a consistent color throughout. I'm thrilled with my purchase.Full disclosure, these were replacements. In the first order, 8 out of 12 had significant chipping under the edge of the rims. I was very disappointed upon opening that first box. On the upside, they were quickly replaced (3 days over a weekend) and the replacements are flawless. Hopefully the first order was the result of a quality control anomaly, but I am very happy now, with both the products and the customer service.
