Needed 3 small matching decanters to fit in an in antique Victorian games tantalus. Virtually impossible to find. These were an ideal size and height . Look great and seal pretty well. Great price too for the quality.

I like the look of these and they’re great to give out samples of liquor. Which is what I did. However, one seal didn’t stay sealed. The top kept popping up :(

Unfortunately, as good-looking as these little decanters are, they are severely flawed in that the seal is so tight, that as you close the stopper onto the bottle, you create an overpressure in the bottle. And if the neck is wet (like after pouring a drink, or “seasoning” the plastic part of the stopper with liquid—alcoholic) this overpressure eventually forces the glass stopper to worm its way out, as the plastic part of the stopper can’t maintain its friction or grip, and then unceremoniously pop off.So if you don’t notice it, your good cognac, etc, will get ruined. And something might even get damaged! This heavy glass stopper rolled off of my 3-foot high countertop onto my tile floor, and I’m surprised neither got cracked.For storing liquids, I would recommend something else. I’ve found a set on Amazon: six bottles for 39 bucks with CORK stoppers So hopefully that will work for storing small amounts of valuable liquids.I got these because I buy some expensive, high-end bottles of scotch, bourbon, armagnac, or cognac, etc and I’d like to leave and share with my friends, after a taste-testing, about a third of a 750 ml bottle, and these 300 ml bottles seemed perfect to share this gift where I’m not worried about getting the gift decanter back anytime, and also—still present it nicely (so I’m not giving a “left iver,” “nearly empty” 200-250 ml quantity of a 750 ml bottle.But these decanters simply don’t work to store liquids, especially if you are eventually going to pour some small amount outbof them.I’m trying to fashion some kind of silicone disc stopper, and purchasing some silicon and regular corks from Amazon, but I think it’s gonna be too much of a pain in the butt, and I’m just gonna get a different product.It’s a shame because these look really good, but you’re gonna ruin your precious cognacs/scotches, etc, if you try to store them in these.I would recommend this for dry goods only.

These are absolutely gorgeous and high quality. It was so hard to find small decanters and these will be the perfect size to gift my homemade Kahlua.

I bought this decanter set for a Christmas gift. The decanters looked great, were the perfect size and were nice and sturdy. However, after about 24 hours, the stoppers on two of the three decanters started spontaneously popping out of the decanters multiple times. In going back to write this review, I also realized the stoppers that were included with the set I received are not the stoppers pictured for this item. The stoppers we received are just plain, round balls with no design. We like them enough that we're going to try to come up with some method to get the stoppers to not pop out. I would have preferred the square stoppers with the Godinger design that are shown in the images for this product.

These are beautiful and well-made. I purchased a three-pack of these small decanters and all three look great and have tops that fit perfectly. Actually looks better in person than the pictures. As the description states, they are smaller in size and I use them for storing whiskey when the bottle gets down to its last quarter or so. Less air in the container helps with freshness. They are clear and sparkly and easy to pour from. Worth the price.

I absolutely love these. The are the perfect size. I ordered this for my sister for Christmas, but I loved them so much I had to order one for myself. They are lovely and seem to be quite sturdy. Worth every penny.
