GuardianCoil Press Guard Kit
GuardianCoil coiled wire fabric machine guards are widely used in the manufacturing and fabrication industries to guard operators from ejected parts and debris during machine use. The guards can easily be opened to load and inspect a part then closed and secured during press operation. Our 1/4″ weave 19-gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel coiled wire fabric allows visibility of the machine process without sacrificing the operator’s safety. We now offer GuardianCoil Press Guard Kits for manufacturers needing a superior safety solution to protect their employees and prevent injuries caused by flying, rolling or sliding debris. Available in numerous sizes, our kits fit most hydraulic presses and equipment.

GuardianCoil offers a wide range of Hydraulic Press Guard Kits to fit various press sizes. Please note each Press Guard Kit only protects (1) side of the press. To ensure you select the correct kit for your needs, please follow these simple measuring and selection steps:
1. Measure Your Press:
- Width: Measure the total width of your press, including any protruding parts or components.
- Height: Measure the total height of your press from the base to the highest point.
2. Choose Your Size:
- Height First: In our GuardianCoil Brand Store, kits are grouped by height. Select the height group that most closely matches your press height. For example, if your press height is 72", select the "75" Height" group.
- Width Second: Within the height group, choose the kit with the width closest to your measured press width. If your measurement falls between two widths, select the next larger size.
