These electric baby nail clippers are a solid choice for parents looking for a safe way to trim their baby’s nails. The design is adorable, and it’s pleasantly quiet, so much so that you could even trim your baby’s nails while they sleep. It comes with six different heads and the case is a great addition for keeping everything organized.While it’s gentle and easy to use, it requires two AA batteries and is not rechargeable. In 2025, things should be rechargeable if there’s no solid reason to take batteries.

I’m really impressed with these electric baby nail clippers! They’re so easy to use, and I love that they come with 6 replacement heads for different stages—perfect for my newborn, and I can keep using it as they grow. It’s gentle on their tiny nails and much safer than regular clippers. The storage case is handy too, keeping everything organized. This nail grinder is very gentle and quiet, a baby might sleep through their nail trim with this! There are different grits for each stage of development and the case is really nice. It didn't come with batteries (two AA) but I had some on hand. If you're nervous about using nail clippers on a moving infant, this might be a safer option to try.

My 4 year old prefers this electric file vs nail clippers, she even asks if she can do it herself but after using it a few time, I must say its a pretty low power motor, so, while it won't scrape up baby skin, I cant press down hard enough to make a very noticeable difference on my daughters nails because it stalls with almost any pressure. The light in theory is great, in execution however it's light is pretty much entirely blocked by the sanding disk and therefore you can't see the nail you're filing any clearer. However, I would only file them in a well lit room anyways so it doesn't really matter. The fox design is pretty cute. Hopefully it will work better on my baby's nails

This works well, as advertised, easy to use, easy to clean, multiple attachments, storage case, safe, my eyesight not the best (reason for getting this in place of standard nail clipper) but built in light not very helpful. When using, i use a better light and reading glasses 🧐

This is not our first electric nail trimmer. I have bad eyes and struggle with clipping nails on a flailing monster baby, so have been using one since birth. I thought the one that I had was amazing, but this little fox humbled me.The product arrived well packaged, in a box that clearly states and updates what is inside. The nail trimmer and its attachments are well secured inside a durable plastic carrying case- definitely perfect for storage or travel. The light ID bright enough to help with visibility, but not so bright that it’s blinding. Contrary to another reviewer’s perspective, I DID find the light useful- I did not find that the pad placement interfered with it’s use, however I do use the machine from above the fingers rather than in front. The filing unit has two speeds for each direction; clockwise and counterclockwise, and is more than just whisper quiet, it is virtually silent.The only downsides to this kit that I have found are1. It does not include replacement pads- they must be purchased separately, which is unlike any other unit I have purchased2. The pads are all VERY similar colours, which could make them difficult to distinguish if you took multiple or unintentionally. If my eyes were any worse I would struggle to tell them apart.Overall I love this little guy and he has definitely replaced my old reliable as the daily use one!

These electric baby nail clippers are a great option for parents wanting a safe method to trim their little one’s nails. It is very quiet during operation and looks super cute. It includes six different heads, and the case is perfect for keeping everything tidy. However, it does need 2 AA batteries, which aren’t included. A USB rechargeable feature would have been a nice touch.

I have a 2 year old and a 3 month old and neither like their nails clipping. I am very nervous about accidentally cutting my 3 month olds incase I slip as he is extremely wriggly. I thought I would try this file as this seemed a better (and safer) alternative.The design is really cute and the handle is really economical and easy to hold.The file comes in a hard carry case which is easy to open and close, this is perfect for both storing and taking away on holiday or weekends away,You do need 2x AA batteries for this to work (not supplied), which are easy enough to install and remove.Each file comes with a picture next to it with the recommended age range for each file, which I thought was really handy.I haven't needed to use the light function as of yet, as I tend to file my 3 month olds nails during one of his naps in the daytime. My toddler is awake when doing her nails, but I can count on her not to move as much.The files are easy to put in the device, however they are a little more difficult to remove, requiring more force.So far, my toddler really likes when I use this, she is fixated on it and will always keep still when I'm using (even on her feet which are extremely ticklish!). I have used ths more on my 3 month old and used the corresponding file pad. I can honestly say I wish I had one of these from the start with my first born. I have not come close to accidentally injuring either child and the pads are very effective at filing the nails quickly and without issue.For the price, I would recommend (currently at £19.99)

Very gentle way to keep baby nails short and blunt and avoid the face scratches you can get from shar and ragged clipped nails. Allow your baby the freedom to be mitten free. Up the speed and it does well on adult nails too. Nicely packaged in a cute case. Priced like a rechargeable unit when it takes disposable batteries though.
