This is a quality product that I put on my 31" back door. If your door is less than 36" wide, you'll need to cut it as I did. I used a basic hand hax saw and it worked well.

This was easy to install. I purchased to seal the bottom of the front door. Works great. The vinyl sweep is pretty rigid and could be difficult on multi-level flooring (hardwood and rug).

This is just what I needed for my storm door. It provides a nice tight fit to keep out the draft and the critters.
